Your repetition training companion.

Set the repetition duration and the amount of rest time, and the app will continuos and "soundly" alert you when its time to switch from workout to rest and vice versa.

I use it for push ups, pull ups, and leg strength training. You can use it for whatever exercise that relies on timed repetitions.
